The Classic American brand ACE Hotels makes its debut in Europe in the ever fashionable East End of London.
Transforming a dull business hotel on Shoreditch High Street into a Mecca for global digital nomads the Ace brings their friendly and accessible local people staff philosophy with them. A refreshing change from the more conservative offerings of other British hotels that tend to trade on that English posh politeness. The Staff at The Ace know the hood so to speak and are happy to share..
With free hot-desking in the lobby, a photo booth and great merchandise in the reception/shop there is lots for the non-guest to enjoy including the cafe/bakery and bar area. lobby DJ and more more more...
The rooms are refreshingly well rethought including hoodie dressing gowns that we have come to love from the American establishments.. (we featured the ACE in manhattan just after it opened also).

The crowd is very local with many of the east end's young creative types drawn like bees to honey, providing great local connections for the like minded international guests.

There are lots to explore in the area, galleries, bars, restaurants etc. Many of which we have covered in other photo stories on the east end already on our site.
